GV Engineering Company Policies

GV Engineering, Inc. is a provider of audio and video products and services primarily to the professional audio and video production industries.

Customer satisfaction is the number one goal for all sales, services, or projects, large or small.

All customer information is held highly confidential. Your information will not be sold or given out.

There is a two hour minimum charge for service calls, the clock starts at time of departure to the customers location.

Production services will require a fifty percent deposit at least 3 days before the day of the production for non-established clientele.

Items purchase on the GV Engineeringstore website need to be paid for within 10 days from date of sale, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
